1. Browse Inventory: Locate the products you are interested in ordering

2. Add To Cart: Click on the desired product(s), choose your quantity then click “Add to Cart”

3. Checkout: When you have all your products in your shopping cart, and are ready to Checkout, click on the shopping cart icon (top-right of your screen) and you will be redirected to the View Cart page

4. Enter Discount Code: Check to see if everything looks right, if you have a coupon code, enter in the code and click Apply Coupon. When you’re ready click on the green Proceed to Checkout button

5. Login Or Register: In the Checkout page, you will need to login with your email address and password. If this is your first time registering with us, you will need to provide your email and choose a password and an account will be set up for you

6. Accept Terms & Condition: Once you’ve filled in all the required fields, you’ll need to accept the Terms and Conditions (located on the bottom of the page) then click “Place Order”

7. Payment Instructions: On the Checkout Confirmation page, you will see your order number and instructions on sending an Interac E-transfer. Orders only ship after E-transfer has been received.

8. Xpresspost Tracking: Once we collect your E-Transfer, your order will be processed and will ship the following business day. We’ll email your Xpresspost tracking number as soon as available

Is it safe?

While there are a number scams on the internet claiming to be real online dispensaries who sell legal marijuana, we assure you we are not one of them. We have been in the been in both cultivating, and selling end of the marijuana industry for over a decade, all while building a great rapport among st patients from B.C to Ontario. We understand the needs of medical patients that may have trouble purchasing their medicine from a dispensary for any number of reasons and believe they shouldn’t be forced to have to buy illegally on the streets. We have made the decision to offer full access to our site to medical patients in Canada so they may have safe access to their medicine at any time.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Typically 1-2 business days. If you live in a remote area, your order may take an extra few days. Canada Post manages the shipping of your package, we will not refund your shipping amount if Canada Post is late on delivery.

Who is eligible to purchase on your site?

Clients who are over the age of 19 and live in Canada are qualified to purchase medical marijuana through our site.

What happens if my edibles melt?

Unfortunately, due to the summer heat it’s possible that your edibles will melt so please order at your own risk.

How do you package my shipment?

Once your order is placed, our team ensures that the product meets our top standards. We vacuum seal the contents to conceal the smell and retain freshness. Your concerns come first, so we’ll mail your product in discrete packaging to ensure the order successfully makes it to your door without raising any unwanted attention.

Am I allowed to pick up my order?

Unfortunately, at his time, orders must be placed online and shipped to you.

When will you ship my order?

Orders along with payment received by 3 PM EST will ship the SAME business day. If your order is received after 3PM EST, your order will ship the following business day.

Orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will ship on Monday.

What will happen to my order if I don't submit payment?

Once you’ve placed your order, the next step in the process will be to submit an Interac E-transfer. Your order will be kept On Hold till we receive your E-transfer. If we do not receive your payment within 2 days, your order will be canceled.

Who is eligible to purchase on your site?

How long will I have to wait for the medical marijuana to arrive?

Shipment arrival depends on where you are located in Canada. Typically, packages are estimated to arrive at your door within two to three business days via Xpresspost. You can be assured that your order is of the up most priority when it comes to the arrival of your order.

Do you ship Medical Marijuana outside of Canada?

No, no exceptions to this

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number in your order confirmation email. Please use the link within the email to track your order.

What happens if I don’t get my package?

If you have not received your order 48 hours after the estimated time of arrival, contact us immediately via live chat on our website or email [email protected]. We will conduct an investigation and take the necessary steps to ensure your package arrives to you safely.

My tracking number does not work. Help!

Typically, if the tracking number does not work it could be 2 likely circumstances:

The Canada Post website has not yet updated their system to include your tracking number. Please allow till the end of day.

Please insure that the tracking number is typed in correctly.

Can I add/edit/cancel my order?

If you would like to add or edit your order, you’ll need to enter a new order and we will cancel your original order. Please contact live chat or email [email protected] with the order number you would like cancelled.

If a customer has placed an order and completed interact e transfer but wants to add/change their order, simply contact us as soon as possible to avoid extra shipping costs.

I’ve sent my E-transfer. What's next?

Once you’ve sent your E-transfer, it could take up to 2 hours for us to receive an email notifying us of your payment. Your E-transfer will be pending until we collect the E-transfer (when we process your order).

If we receive your E-transfer by 3:00 pm EST Monday to Friday, your order will ship the same business day or else it’ll ship the following business day. Once your order has shipped, tracking info will be sent by email.

Shipments to Nunavut, Rural Quebec, First Nation and the Northwest Territories?

Due to a recent increase of lost, delayed, and seized packages by Canada Post, at this time we are no longer guaranteeing any orders being shipped to Nunavut, Northwest Territories, Rural Quebec, or First Nations Reserves. Order at your own risk if shipping to these locations.

How Do Your Reward Points Work?

o receive points, you will need to create an account with us and not check out as guest.

For each $1 you spend with us, you get 1 reward point. For every 20 reward points that you accumulate you’ll earn a $1 discount which you can apply to any future orders with us.

You can redeem your reward points on the ‘cart’ or the ‘checkout’ page. Please note, points are not earned on shipping costs.

100 Reward Points   = $  5.00
1000 Reward Points = $50.00

How Can I Earn Reward Points?

You can earn additional reward points from product reviews. You’ll earn 10 reward points for every review made. You can only do a review on items that you have specifically purchased.
